Company doctor
We offer organisations in the London area high-quality medical support through a flexible Company Doctor package of services which can include:
- short-notice private GP appointments in our well-equipped conveniently-located central London clinic – these are usually seen as most valuable in dealing with acute conditions but we also handle all other medical needs
- visits from our rapid response visiting doctor service, which will normally get a doctor to your workplace in about an hour, 24/7 – these can save someone hours in Accident & Emergency or waiting for an NHS appointment
- health screens to detect hidden problems so they can be treated straight away.
Custom-built contracts
Each contract is custom-built to your needs. In return for enrolling a
group of your staff and paying a per head annual fee you could get:
- free visits to our private GP Clinic
- discounts of up to 25% on visits to your workplace from our rapid response visiting doctor service
- discounts on health screens.
What kind of package would suit you – and how much would it cost?
A typical basic package will often include:
- free visits to our private GP Clinic for senior staff and key personnel and 25% discounts on visits to your workplace by our visiting doctor service. The fee is £140 per head, per year.
- Alternatively, many clients like to have Annual Health Screens for a selected group - either our Health Essential screen which tests for the most common problems, or the more comprehensive Premier Health Assessment with tests for more than 40 conditions. Here you would be entitled to up to 25% off a Health Essentials screen and a Premier Health Assessment - again depending on the number enrolled.
- Many clients prefer a mixture of 1 and 2 above, with annual health screens added to the services for dealing with acute medical conditions.
You can enrol as many people as you like. While we have talked about enrolling a select group, several clients have chosen to enrol all their staff.

Advanced facilities
The Doctorcall Clinic has on-site access to advanced facilities for testing
and diagnosis so many conditions can be diagnosed at once (whereas most
GP surgeries will have to send samples away and wait for results).
The advantages of having a Clinic nearby
With a clinic near to your workplace, you have all the benefits of:
- short-notice appointments - which can be much more convenient than a long wait in Accident & Emergency or trying to arrange see a National Health GP.
- reduction of absence and stress for you and your staff who have to cope in the absence of a colleague
- the sooner diagnosis is made, the sooner treatment can begin and the sooner your employee will recover. The Doctorcall Clinic has on-site access to advanced facilities for testing and diagnosis so many conditions can be diagnosed at once whereas most GP surgeries will have to send samples away and wait several days for results.
- where travelling to someone’s own GP involves a long journey while they are suffering from common conditions like a severe headache, diarrhoea, vomiting or back pain, it can be stressful. It is preferable to have treatment facilities available nearer to your workplace.
- If your employee needs referral to a specialist, this can be arranged rapidly, sometimes within the hour in emergency cases, using our network of top specialists and leading hospitals. A prompt referral like this can sometimes be a life-saver.
Often after treatment - and sometimes just reassurance -your employee will be able to return immediately to work which means less disruption all round. It can mean less meetings cancelled, less projects held up, less stress on those who have to take over their workload and less dissatisfied clients.
