    • Counselling staff and managers on re-integration into the team after prolonged or traumatic absence.
    • Personal and work counselling – including problems with relationships, anxiety, bereavement, divorce and other personal crises on the home front, as well as work pressures like stress, harassment and bullying. Counselling can be over the phone or, additionally, face-to-face where necessary.
    • Medical helpline – employees can seek medical information or discuss their own or family medical problems with a GP
    • Legal and financial advice – employees can talk with a lawyer or accountant, to resolve personal issues.
