Occupational Health is now defined by key performance indicators (KPIs) The services offered by different providers are essentially similar but the devil is in the detail and KPIs enable the buyer to define and measure the service levels they expect to receive. At Doctorcall, we now have KPIs in place for all our Occupational Health provision, meaning that you can see exactly what you will get and when you will get it. We also provide management information including any variations from KPIs and what we have put in place to ensure we meet them in the future. A result of measuring our speed of response has been to exert pressure on that speed. We have now been able to reduce our turn-around times for all our OH provision. This is partly through modern technology such as on-line pre-employment questionnaires and partly through old-fashioned management. We have been able to exceed our clients' expectations over the period. In addition to management information, we provide weekly activity logs to enable clients to track their employees.
