Results from a study in Germany (Paulus & Zhang) found that including acupuncture in the treatment protocol of IVF patients may increase their chances of becoming pregnant. Ideally acupuncture treatment starts prior to an IVF cycle, however excellent results have been shown when given at certain times during the IVF cycle.
