'We all know what we should do to maintain our health. Challenging resolutions are usually difficult to maintain.
I always try to be realistic and set small goals to reap the benefits.
My three goals for 2009 are drink more water, exercise regularly and laugh every day.
I find the latter really is the best and the cheapest medicine'
