Dr Cath White, GP at Doctorcall's Manchester clinic commented in the Manchester Evening News on How to feel fine in 2009. The article was highlighting that we can all do things to lead a healthier lifestyle.

We all know what we should do to maintain our health. Challenging resolutions are usually difficult to maintain.

I always try to be realistic and set small goals to reap the benefits.

My three goals for 2009 are drink more water, exercise regularly and laugh every day.

I find the latter really is the best and the cheapest medicine'
