Doctorcall’s Hotel Visiting Service
Doctorcall has been proudly associated with London’s hospitality industry since 1989, providing 24 hour visiting doctor services to hotels and apartments across the city.
As London’s leading hotel doctor service, Doctorcall has developed a specialist service around the unique needs of London hotels and their guests. Our rapid and efficient hotel visiting service is designed to get an experienced doctor to any hotel or apartment located within the M25 in around 90 minutes.
Credit card details are taken at the time of booking. The guest will then settle their bill directly with Doctorcall following a visit.
If the hotel would prefer to settle the guest’s bill, payment is taken at the end of the doctor’s visit, or can be invoiced on account.
Alternatively, guests may prefer to arrange an appointment to see a doctor at our clinic at 121 Harley Street, where consultations can often be arranged at short notice and normally within one working day.
We are a “dispensing practice” and provide a mobile pharmacy service. In many cases, your hotel doctor will be able to dispense immediate medication. Alternatively, we have access to 24-hour pharmacies which can dispense pharmacy supplies 24/7.
If further treatment is required, our excellent referral network gives guests access to the best hospitals and leading specialists in London.
Guests are also entitled to free telephone advice for 24 hours following our doctor’s visit.
